Stretching for Cyclists is designed for cyclists, but is a great full body practice for anyone. We’ll target tightness in the hips, quads, and hamstrings and relieve tension in the neck while opening the shoulders and the chest. Stretching can improve performance and recovery time on and off the bike, maintain a natural alignment, and help you stay injury-free. SSY will provide yoga mats and a post-class beer for all participants (21+)! Preregistration is required and can be done by clicking here.
